T311 repair imei error


need help from you guys,,,
have some problem with repair imei
this is the log :

Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 1.7.5

To connect SM-T311 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.

Hello.

Yes, as You can see from your Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:

This can be Software (modem firmware or EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform the "Repair IMEI" operation. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

i write efs from supott,, but still same problem,,
ok i will write with diferent firmware,,, i'll report soon... thanks for fast respon

i try to flash but when i put in download mode usb can not connected,, its a HW problem ?

Yes, most likely, your device has HW issues.
