Hello i try unlock a old GT-S8500 but i cant connect, y follow the steeps

Code:
To connect GT-S8500 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Go to dial window.
2. Enter "*#197328640#" number.
3. Make next steps: select Common->Service configuration->Data service confing->USB ACM AP.
4. Restart phone.
5. Press "Read Info" in software.

but cant connect.





I have windows 10 X64 ,need other system or drivers?

Hello.

This is the old device, so my have some issue with drivers, try to use Win 7 set device according Software instructions and try to repeat operation again
