I9505 4.4.2 imei repair problem - GSM-Forum

I have i9505 but its show imei and baseband null/null . I am trying to repair but always fail. when i enter *#9090# its show black screen not show "Diag config" to "USB" value.

try to DG to 4.x.x first then after DG repair EFS then rebuild IMEI and your done tested many times

To connect GT-I9505 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Builds numbers" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Close window.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.
Selected firmware file: Root_GT-I9505.oct
Please switch your phone to the download mode and connect it to a
PC.
To put GT-I9505 phone into download mode you have to perform the
following steps:
1. Reconnect phone battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume - " + "Home" + "Power" buttons.
3. When phone turns on press "Volume+" button.
Found phone on
Firmware write started.
Writing RECOVERY section...
RECOVERY section has been written successfully.
Writing CACHE section...
CACHE section has been written successfully.
Firmware writing successfully completed.

USB Debugging Mode is not turned on in your device. Please turn on USB Debugging Mode, read phone's info (press "Read info" button at "Android / EFS manager" tab in Software) and post here Software log with this info.
