unlock sim lock failed with octoplus samsung....help

Try to perform "Read Codes" and "Unlock" operation with test Software, then post here results and full Software logs.

but when i go to support side i can't do nothing thay

Please, disable your firewall and antivirus, set another browser (not IE), as default browser and try to go into the Support Area again. Write here the result.
