hi all, I have problem with my Philips 390
i need change language with infinity box

COM6 [VCP0] selected
module v2.40
Device: Philips-390
Checking data, wait...
advanced flash detection enabled
eeprom backup enabled, it may takes several minutes !
Action: write NOR flash
"smart write" active
write: Firmware
skip: Customization/Language Pack
skip: Customization
skip: Eeprom/ffs
Boot ...
Press and HOLD Power button now !
19200 fixed
Connecting, wait...
error: boot phase#1 failed
Release Power button now !
in case of initial connection problem: on/off "Boot baudrate autoselect"
Boot Fail
Finished, time used: 6 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

Hello,

It's for sure cable problem.
You need to double check your cable, probably you need to swap RX <-> TX wires.

Here is an instruction how to get cable/pinout information:

1. be sure that you have downloaded and installed latest Infinity-Box Pinouts update
2. run Infinity-Box Shell
3. select required model
4. see detailed information about cable/pinout
