After Update, my xtc clip dead. - GSM-Forum

I am sorry for opening a new thread. Bcoz I need to get your attention.
I have bought a new xtc clip+HD7 from XTC Clip official page. Is this your site? I am from Myanmar. I have no paypal or visa card. So I ask my brother who lives in Singapore. I got the new green xtc clip yesterday from Singapore. I plug my xtc clip to my computer. It works. but version is 0.0.0. I updated this. After the update is done, computer don't recognize it. Error box says " The disk structure is corrupted and unreadable". I hadn't test with my phone.

My new xtc clip is dead.

It's was shipped to " Soe Ko Ko " (My brother).
and A number. I don't know what is this. May be serial number or something else. It is "RC 044 582 110 HK ".

Can I get warranty for this? Please help me. I am waiting MANOLE or any other Developers' reply. I trust you will reply me and fix my device soon.
