error:cannot ccopy data files
 

i am trying to unlock htl22. when i try to copy files for J ONE (HTL22) i am getting this error, error:cannot copy data files (PN07DIAG.nbh) to sd card. check free space, what is this problem and why am i getting this, i checked the sd card it says after this error 2.38 mb free of 3.91mb, please help me to unlock this phone

the problem was with sd card reader, after changing the sd card reader it was ok, but after entering the diag mode the phone switch off, how to unlock htl22 with android version 4.2.2
