I XTC original clip, I wanted to decode a HTC 7 Trophy, we followed the procedures and remained in [USB Host Mode Enter ....], telefonu ie brought from France. If I can help someone.

esti in acceasi situatie ca si mine.avem nevoie de full flash (bin) citit cu riff box sau cu ort jtag....pentru a repara telefoanele
daca poti cumva face rost de full bin te rog uploadeaza l

i have a htc trophy with this probelm after try unlock with xtc clip and i was wrong decoding steps .
after 5 working hours (100000... downloads roms , 1000000... updates ...) my problem was resolved very simple so:

1 make golg card for htc trophy with xtc
2 rename SPARDIAG.nbh in SPARIMG.nbh from memory card
4 insert memory card in Y-cable
5 power off the phone
6 press camera + volume down and insert Y-cable
7 reflash phone
8 phone will restart and now must press vol down = Diag
9 try unlock procedure with xtc and be more careful ))

i did it and it was perfect but i could still not unlock it so i diod imei unlock
