not really but having it unlock wouldn´t hurt, I used to be a happy user of my Huawey E5573s-508

one night I got an update and I installed but seems that installation didin't go well, since then the modem won't work

every time I turn it on now looks like would be loading but finally ends with both light flashing

there is no way to enter via the graphical interface using the ip on a browser
neither I can see the device as a drive on my pc when the device is connected


under the computer management I can see the device as follows

HUAWEI Mobile Connect - 3G Application Interface (COM6)
HUAWEI Mobile Connect - 3G PC UI Interface (COM3)

I downloaded a couple of firmware and when I try to install them I get error code 13 and shows me the current firmware that my device has which is
21.200.07.00.916 since the firmwares that I have tried to install are lesser in number I assume that I could try to reinstall the current one if I had it, and that error 13 means you are trying to install something less updated than you have.

Aha, so you dont have Mkey dongle right ?

We dont help for freeware users who freeze me brain by defective questions!

All our FW in two supports and all who have error - must reply by logs and explain what FW he try use for unlock and of course we accepting story from our software only!
