this firmware not supported at this post
last time when try to unlock the same modem with mkey its die only
zte diagonostics port then i need jtag to repair it

then how can i get fullflash thanks

Try find any unlocked MF190 and read fullflash yourself.

About jtag - use any what supported. bt not forget about jtag flashes is not compatible from different jtag models like z3x jtag and riff etc..
