method of flashing =
wingle = press reset button and connect with pc - adb interface will show if not show install drivers
cloud = press power+wps button at same time and connect with pc
in my case it is appear
a484490a fastboot
then flash with fastboot.exe
fastboot flash system system.bin
fastboot reboot and done .
