Zain E5372s-32 cant unlock plz help

cant unlock direct and also through boot point Zain E5372s-32.

first i have try to direct unlock:

then i try E5372S-32_21.290.21.00.00_FW this file with boot point but cant. . .

00.35.48 : ERROR Repair BOOTCORE!

this modem have latest security.not accept patched loader
unlock using non patched loader

actually you used firmware without loader mkey cbin

BL - must be in firmware name. And you use simple fw.

unlock with mkey and next flash
E5372S-32_21.290.21.00.00_FW
done.
