Error while unlocking SE LT18, but credits are gone [Answered]

hi octopus team i have used octopus suit to unlock sony ericsson lt 18i, i try few times unlock procdure wits test point , but i get error on unlocking process, so my phone is still locked and 80 credits are gone. please charge back 80 crdits to my account. My user is: crisrad.
