Octoplus server username and password question [Solved] - GSM-Forum

HI,

I need to download some files from octoplus server, the octoplus suite requires me to sign in with an username and password but I dont remember to have created any of these.

Can you help me out??

Hello.
To go into the Support Area You should connect Octopus/Octoplus or Medusa Box (card should be present), then run Software and press "Go to Support" button at "Support & Options" tab in Software. It is impossible to go into the Support Area without card connected.

If You need Username and Password, You need to buy Octopus/Octoplus Server credits (You will get Username, Password and credits on your account). Please, contact with our managers in on-line Sales Chat at www.gsmserver.com, they will help You with Server Credits.

To get Username and Password, You need to buy Octoplus Server Credits. When You buy credits, You get Octoplus Account (Username and Password) and credits on this account.

You can buy Octoplus Credits on your local reseller or directly here: Octoplus Server Credits.

I lost my credit password as I can recover it, I still have credits in the account
