Please, try to repeat operation using latest Octoplus Suite Software version 1.6.4 from Support Area (Path:/Soft/Octoplus Suite/RELEASE SOFTWARE/install_octoplus_suite_1.6.4.exe)

To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.
