i need repair st18a with octoplus but donīt repair, i donīt know for what

help me

Hello.

Please fully charge phone's battery with external charger (at least to 4.1V). Connect the device directly to motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards - this is important, and repeat the Repair procedure again. Try to perform the operation on another PC. Try several times.

Also, this can be HW problem:
