Creating a Motorola Clone SIM (Gold / Transfer Card)

Hi all,

So I collect StarTACs and Motorolas of a similar vintage. I have hardware to unlock and reprogram them. However, a few years ago I managed to get hold of a gold card. It puts the phone into clone mode and allows you to remove the network lock by dealing 03#. Much easier and faster than the hardware solution. I'd love to have a backup in case it broke or was lost.

I saw a post here saying the hex values were available for these and the test SIMs, although I'm not too bothered by the latter as they're available cheap online.

Does anybody know where I can obtain the details for a clone card and what's involved in writing it to a blank?
