Getting KI with SIM_SCAN 1.33 - GSM-Forum

Use SIM_SCAN 1.33 (Not 1.21 or older!)

Use option F5-F1...

I've done this on several brand new cards and all of them "spit" the KI in very few time. (couple of hours).

The number of "attacks" is much less than v1.21 for this mode.

Use F5-F2 or F5-F3 only for cards with a very low known limit... all with FFFF limit should be fine with F5-F1 now

Correct me if I'm wrong, mr. Dejan...

alf, i try to extract ki from mint card, not sucses, now it contain only on file 3f 00, and phone report card error. can i recover that card?

Cards destroyed in Ki extraction are not recoverable...

i use sim scan 1.33 using dejan reader.

may be the card is 3 volt?

how can we now a card is 3 volt or 5 volt?
