Hi simemu,
I'm new in SIM cloning forum, I've download SIM_EMU 6.01configurator v2.1 and setup in PC. But I don't know how it work.
I've a siemens SL45, and I use a cable to connect to PC (phone is on), then I run SIM_EMU but it always inform "No card inserted"! I wonder that:
- if the program can configurate a SIM using a card reader or can use phone?
- I can use my current SIM or have to use a blank SIM?

You cannot connect the phone to use the Configurator.
You must connect the Simcard to PC using a Phoenix (TE-21).

You can use an original SImcard, but only to read some information, like phonebook, SMS, IMSI and other info.
To use SIM-EMU you need a GreenCard 2 or GreenCard or SilverCard.

Other wise, where can I get that phoenix TE-21 from?

I suppose it will work fine, because supports PC/SC interface.

It is USB smart card reader.

Is SIM Emulator had an option to read from USB?

I have tested the new SIM-EMU Configurator v2.1 with a USB reader using PC/SC interface with no problem.

I have Sim Emulator 6.01 configurator ver 2.1 installed.
And USB READER SCR301 connected with GSM sim card in it. Still it shows no cards inserted.

How to setup sim emulator to read the USB reader? please more details.

how to prevent ppl scanning ur sim and making calls without ur consent? is there any way to prevent this? one can still sims and make illegal calls...

after all, is it legal to clone sims???

is it technically possible that different operators support active various cloned numbers? i mean that can i hav active income calls for several numbers on a single cloned sim?

another questions. how produces chippest silver/greencards and located closest to russian region???

Hi SimEmu !

I've tested SIM_EMU_FL_6.01_ENG.hex on silver card on several phones:
nokia 6510, 6230, siemens ME45, C62, Motorola D520 - on all these models after entering 3 times wrong PIN - it doesn't blocked, but I had still chance to enter it ? (the counter of left attempts stays 3). On Panasonic A100 - the "left attempt" counter decreases and PIN blocked and asks for entering PUK code, but when powered phone off and on again it asks for a PIN again.
I think the counter in the SIM card doesn't decreases ?!
Everything else is working just fine for me.

Don't change the configuration bits when programming the flash file.
Leave the configuration bits as they come in the SIM-EMU zip file.
