I am at china,the simmax say they can crack " v1 plus" ,what's mean?

I use simscan 2.02 but can't found ki of new sim card(16K) from china unioncom!

pls help me!

Ive used simscan 2.02. its ok. but still cannot crack smart telecom sim card here in the philippines. i think we have the same problem.
