Hi reinstall suite again, and disable antivirus or add exception to it in order to avoid that AV delete .dll file...

But in zip is only file GBKeyHuawei_v1.28.exe, nothing more.
I got GBkey directory in exception list in AV from long time.

There is no dll in zip, only exe.
Your pc has admare or malware or just it react wrongly to packer.
Please tey other pc. Will try check and try other version.
