Just got this to unlock,

Meo smart a70

TMN a70
Android version 4.2.1
SW version a70_0203_v6363

The phone is locked to MEO (portugal)

If I hold vol down and pwr I get to a factory test mode
If I hold vol up and pwr I get the standard Android system recovery screen

I thought this was a ZTE, but my pc has also found it as a HTC Dream?
any ideas please?

put your Phonein FTM Mode, select any ZTE Qcom,and do read info, than post Log here
