ZTE Blade 3 says it doesn't need to unlock, but still SIM locked [Solved]
 

After the successfully procedure of unlocking the phone with gbkey still required sim network code . When I try "direct unlock" says "This mobile phone doesn't need to unlock !!!". Anyone knows what's the problem?

did you test if phone do work with original SIM ??? after unlock

no need 1 year activation to unlock the phone, but as you say , if it is all OPEN, so you need to check :

1- if Original SIM do work and get Network covrage
2- If phone is asking for UNLOCK code or User code
