Can not connected to box, Box info error


Please don't delete this post without giving us a solution.
My box is not working well. It starts for a moment then
a continuous beep sound follows with the error that, Cannot connected to box, box info error. My Miracle box number is MBCM170819NC06FE
How do i solve this please? If it is blocked, kindly unblock it Miracle team.

Thanks vishnudatt for your response. However, i come from a desert area in Kenya but i bought my box from Guangzhou office in china during a visit. I believe you are from India, and it is practically not a good idea to pack the box and key and send it over to India. If my box is corrupt, tell me whether it is possible to link my miracle key to another miracle box i have.

You repair mobile ,so why not check your box

Sir, have you seen a doctor treating himself?
My box has no hardware problem, i suspect it is blocked from accessing the server.

there is no issue on server check box driver reinstall box driver

if not solved repair your box firmware

you will find box firmware in C:\Miracle Team\Miracle Thunder\Firmware Updater

Thanks king.of.gsm for your advice and effort.
I have repaired the box firmware as you mentioned and the box worked for afew minutes, then a continuous beep sound came and the error returned.
I have tried using the box on a different computer, but it works for a few minutes, then the continuous beep sound comes.
I will wait for the release of the next miracle version 3.27 and install it afresh and see whether it will work well.

I have used the updater tool and repaired the box, but after the download ok message, i hear a continuous beep signalling an error. I don't know what to do
