I've been posting several issues encountered but I don't felt I am beinig suported as a customer. I have formatted/unlock advance FRP for this model but still lock afte software luanch. I also use the Vivo toll same logs, looks successful but not. Do your support exist for 9 years? Or we just waste money for this tool?
