Hello im a New User please help

Box Serial Number------ MBCM191108NC38C5
key Serial Number---- MICBX19A00023822
Date of Purchase----- 03/06/20
Country -------------- Hong Kong
Dealer Name--------- GSM Server
Problem ------------- Box serial number is not valid! Contact your reseller

Then Operation Aborts
