problem in 1.86 update. - GSM-Forum

please help and guide me, i am having lot of problem in 1.86 update.
in older version i have flashed and repaired imei for mmx 101 spd but now i am not able to do it, and also i am facing problem in flashing mstar cpus.
in mmx 101 spd i am getting error is
SoftWare Version 1.86 Update:14-05-26
Firmware Version:1.11
Connected OK.
Please check the network.
Fuzzy Logic Method is very safe and reliable !

conect with rj 45 cable .D+ D- and press calling uper buttun (menu).
