9)Now go down and select English (United States)

11)Click Confirm

12)Back to the Settings main menu

13)tap About Phone ->> Tap 7-10 times on Version info.

14)Back to settings menu ->>Open Developer Options ->>

15)Enable OEM Unlock & USB Debugging.
