Samsung galaxy network unlocking problem

Dear Sir, whenever I try to unlock galaxy phones, it searches for ack for a while at the end it says ack file not found. so what is this ack file and why it can't unlock any samsung galaxy mobile. i have tried more than 30 galaxy since i bought miracle box and miracle key

pattern lock remove can be in adb mode not supported in boot mode
