Mircale team help! Box software give erorr when I open it

I am a new user of Miracale Box after I installed the Miracle_Box_v1.93 setup when I open Miricale box it gives error invalid file and after I press OK another error apear I/O error 103 and after press OK again software open but most of its Options are not readable it show ????? .
Please help and guide me how to solve this problem.

and make new folder rename it to log's

Thanks Sir I created a new folder and renamed as you said but still same problem .
