3.27 ask for update. 3.28 ask for update. And there no update on support site. What's going on? No solution ?

vivo and other tool is not free

only free for Miracle thunder and miracle box with key users

Hlo I want to change Xiaomi mi 11 lite imei
I hve done like this

required file
1 english rom
2 global rom
3 qcn file

1 flash english rom via Miflash tool
2 backup qcn file using Qpst
3 adb shell and backup
and then run the following one by one
dd if=/dev/block/sdf5 of=/sdcard/modemst1
dd if=/dev/block/sdf6 of=/sdcard/modemst2
dd if=/dev/block/sdf1 of=/sdcard/fsg
dd if=/dev/block/sdf2 of=/sdcard/fsc

4 now copy the above backup file of modemst1,2,fsg,fsc from phone to pc
5 adb shell
6 reboot bootloader
7 run the following
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot erase fsg
fastboot reboot

8 now run Qualcomm imei rebuilt to rebuilt imei in qcn
9 now restore new qcn file viva QPST
10 now flash globall Rom via Miflash tool
11 copy NON-HL0S.bin file in adb location
//its a modem file
and run the following command
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot reboot

At last xiaomi mi 11 lite bootup
but not successful because there was no imei
Restored and also baseband erased
And phone not functioning smoothly like before
Wifi and many others sensors not working
