Good day sansam team with all do respect I just want to make certain on a few points that I'm not keen on .your product some sort complicated because there's certain stuff doesn't read or write clearly. Flashing is easy. When you try to connect the latest models phones it's shows error .information you can read info , 80 percent the phone shows time out. My main problem is I can't unlock even if the phone is rooted the lasted model phones but 2012/2013 phones I have no problems.this product is somehow helpful but certain things should be available.up date is not that important the main point is your team should fix the error which will make it a lot simple. I have being using this sansam box since August 2013 and the only help it gives me is flashing and I only flashed ten mobile phones. It's profession is only might for Samsung phones.my main question is why doesn't it write properly with certificate (cart file) if it does read the phone why does it shows fail than after withs operation completed.

This is baad news for old Hua dongle user becouse we pay hem 62$ for HUA dongle activeion on infinity box now you can do onley 50$ .this is not good for older user sir,

DONT FORGET J500F HAVE MANY FAKE CERT IN GSM(J500F CERT IS XX USD)
