You can reset frp just by server method(online service)

-need connect phone to download mode and write apt file
-check cpu phone before use
-check other firmware if have error after write
-some new security patched are not supported
-goto android service/general/misc job/write patch for write apt file

Oem lock is enable and need special firmware and enable first

Some models may give some error like "Dev Failed" etc = flash with other firmware versions and try again
these all models are supported but their all security models patched are not supported
if after change firmware still getting failed = patch is not supported
if you see error custom binary not supported by frp enaled devices then that kind of devices are not supported
