dear asansam box supporter/owner,

if you make your customer buy your box please also give them the proper support. i have asked you guys a question and never got a proper reply.,

i have this samsung galaxy ace GT-S7275R and in your update you said it does auto Cert write but it does not DO IT. now you are obliged to help me because the phone has no imei because the failure to do "auto cert write" by your software.

I already gave you the full logs and you just gave me an answer to write a certificate file to it., if your software COULD NOT do "auto cert write" then why you said it DOES.

my phone is a piece of brick now thanks for your box and support.

You use wipe efs on other tools and imei damaged and need support asansambox now????

Soltution:
Contact to other tools supporter for fix wipe efs :-)
and
read carefully about cert and wipe efs

I asked if I can wipe efs with other tool and "write auto cert" on your box and you said "yes" read your posts.

You said your software does not support "wipe efs".

How can you write certificate without wiping efs???!

When you put new update you do not give clear instructions.

Again read your posts I "asked" you if I can wipe efs with other tool because you doesn't support wipe efs. And you said "YES" and then you said you can do "auto very write" on asansam box. Please read your posts.

i get the same logs but nothing happens to the phone. i have done this 10 times i get success all the time but nothing happens to the phone and still the same.

Your phone is imei damage and need fix first
