what can i do for this problem? "SMART CARD FAILURE I(5)"

Follow some methods, that will help you to solve the problem:

1. Disconnect all other devices from the computer. This might be caused be joining other smart card, boxes and dongles in the computer also.

2. change Smart Card reader ie take our smart card from this smart card and use it to other Smart Card reader.

3. Also try other computer.

4. Connect Team with Team viewer.

change your windows "Language for non-Unicode programs" to "English (United Kingdom). your problem will be gone.

if you use windows 7, then go to

Control Panel----clock, Language, and Region----Region and Language----Administrative----current language for non-Unicode programs----English (United Kingdom)

when you say for change smart card, if you said "Asansam Box- smart card is damaged and need change(contact to reseller for free change)" if you said to change to english i dont miss 1 weak of clients.
i thanks but no understend this
if i lost clients, you lost clients too
or other box do the work
