Stefanita, I see that you are product supporter. Victor certainly was not working alone, he must have communicated with someone who was able to do something.

You said he was travelling? That info you have got somewhere or just said something to calm down his clients?

Yes, I was working with Victor and I hope I still do.
But I have the same problem as u all. I don't know anything about him for the moment.
I did my best to contact him, but without any success.
If any of u has any news about him, pls share with us!

Everybody has pending jobs on server and money blocked, and no one likes this situation.
So, as I previously wrote, all of u have to contact Victor! He is the only one who can give u the right answer!
