Please how to root, finding it difficult to do so.

You do not need rooting for unlocking.

Use the "iRoot" . I have done with iRoot

i select daignostic port then its show phone imei number and say un supported its mean phone connted

The unlocking procedure is the same as for this device

Successfully done by same method. Please note that wrong drivers will prevent you from unlocking...

what root tools are using for 9015w? can you share? i have 9015w but when im trying to root like iroot kingroot but always not succes.

Use the latest version of Kingroot from their official site. You will need to reroot when you restart the device

when 'connecting......' the phone turns off automatically, and shows "QHSUSB_BULK" under the device manager.

uninstall all drivers and install drivers i mentioned above.

You have to install drivers for that unknown device (alcatel hs-usb qdloader 9008)

I suggest that the moderator remove the meaningless posts of mcandre about unlocking Alcatel 9015W.
He littered several threads, although he has no idea what he is writing about.
