Sigma key not Found - GSM-Forum

Hello team,
my sigma is showing me the error
please connect sigma box/dongle
im using alcor micro card reader.
changed card reader as well but same error..
im attaching the log files

pls let me know whats the issue

@ salman093,

Re-connect your SigmaKey to another USB port and check whether Smart Card is getting detected by device manager.

smart card is being detected by device manager & its working on other cards as well .. now what to do sir ! ?

Use SigmaKey Smart Card in one of the following readers: SigmaKey/Smart-Clip2/Octopus/Octoplus/Medusa/Pegasus.

I will try it tomorow sorry for late reply i was away ..
And will post result
Btw i have tried on specified ALCOR MICRO card reader ..
The issue is same

PM me serial number of your SigmaKey and screenshot of the device manager with the SigmaKey connected to PC.
