cloudfone 430g shuts down after unlock

please help....

unlock done but when i insert other sim the phone shuts down...

works fine with the original sim though...

what to do???

it came from other shop...

customer says they tried unlocking it with volcano....

the same w/ me just now unlock done but shut down phone when sim inserted on the upper simcard slot,...

put it in the second simslot and it will be ok...

did hard reset...

same results...

maybe putting the orig sim together with the other network sim will do the trick...

but i already returned the phone...and maybe my customer did used two sim thats why he's not returning his phone anymore...i even called him to come back...:confused:

lost income......:(
