CLT-L04 I can't get software test point OFF [solved]

i have the trouble to get software test point off.




1.- i did test point and write security backup kirin 970(v2)(v1 have fails), i check *#06# and still the original imei, ( i make hard reset some times on another devices, and se the backup new imei)


2.- this time not! after i did hard reset the huawey CLT-L04 have imei null...


3.- i write again the original back up, and get again the original imei, hard reset , and all is ok.


4.- i try that 2 times, i hopes can se the "security backup" new imei apear, and not!


5.- at last test the device just still on "test point ON", can't se on, i conect & try and nothings hapen.


6.- i let the device 3 days,without doing anything, yesterday i just conect the usb and like nothing happened, on screen apear on charge, and i can get on ..


7.- i again try to write the security backup. and again just stop on HUAWEI USB COM 1.0. and agains is like death.


*.-my trouble is because i can't found the firmware to proced "software test point Off"

Have you serviced phone using hardware or software testpoint?

• If phone was serviced via hardware testpoint operation, check phone's hardware.
• If phone was serviced with the software testpoint operation, use same firmware for phone's restoring.

i be careful use the hardware test point, the huawei device is like new.

im as ben maque a service , and still. i hope is like the las time just start without troubles



i try to get back from that test point situation using the firmware , i can't found..

If phone was serviced via hardware testpoint operation, it can not be restored with the Software testpoint on/off operation. Check phone's hardware.

an apology for using his time but it was indeed a
cause of my mistake. Indeed the error was in the test point
that being small it stayed in a part making ground contact i hope this leson works to know about
