The service operation is simple, but requires some technical skills. If you follow everything according to the instructions, the risk is almost absent.

"Chip is damaged" issue happens only on Android 11 device when you perform Remove Huawei ID operation. This does not apply to the Remove FRP.

phone goes in tp. any advice? was 11.0.0.147 and i'm trying to flash 10.1.0.140

Way 1: reflash the phone with the same firmware version that was in the phone (11.0.0.147) - with all parts
Way 2: if you created full firmware backup before downgrading, please restore it into this phone
Way 3: read the full backup from the phone with Android 11 and restore it to your device.

my fault was i dont read firmware from phone, seems a firmware with android 11 is still unavaible for download. can you help me to find a good ora compatible firmware? if i have another p30 must be same cust? (c431)

According the log from the 1st post, the downgrading operation was not finished. The flashing was not performed to the end.
Possible reasons: discharged battery, bad/disconnected usb cable etc.

Your another option: repeat reflashing the phone with the same version of flash file that your used for downgrading: 10.1.0.140. USE TESTPOINT.
