According to the provided log file, more likely that the phone you have has latest Huawei security patches installed.

Currently, if latest security patch has been installed, phone can be serviced via hardware testpoint operation.

once updated, this software testpoint option is lost forever ?

i mean, if i downgrade to 10.1.0.154 or 147 or 121, can i use again Software testpoint ?
