Try to service this phone using hardware testpoint. All testpoints available at boot-loader.com, Sigmakey free section.

unfortunally testpoint not work i have try at bootloader:com testpoint but no luck

@ mttmoussa,

What firmware version does your phone has?
In case phone has latest firmware versions installed, testpoint operation may not work.
