Els-nx9 remove huawei id without testpoint - GSM-Forum

Hy Sigma Team. I recive a Huawei P40 pro from another shop with Huawei Id on. Cannot put in 1.0 mode because the test point is broken (not exist anymore).
I try by software to put in Com 1.0 but not succes.
Phone firmware is ELS-N29 11.0.0.193(C432E3R6P4), and i use this software to make COM 1.0 Elsa-N29D 11.0.0.193(C432E3R6P4) but failed.

Any suggestions??

try with hardware test point again if cannot you have to paid for unlock service

This high firmware version can be serviced with Sigma using hardware TP only.

According to the provided data, phone you have has one of the latest firmware versions.
In case phone doesn't get detected via hardware testpoint operation, phone has latest security patches installed. Such phone can not be serviced at the moment.

godjy, repeat the Remove Huawei ID operation 2-3 times. Check if the ID is removed after each attempt.
Strictly follow this manual:
Remove Huawei ID for devices based on Kirin 990 / Kirin 990 5G
Use this modified USB cable schematics.
