Hello,
trying to remove demo mode everything go nicely but after reboot phone keep rebooting i did the hard reset but still same problem here is the log after done the job

Have you re-flashed phone after changing data?
Wrong Country/Vendor information was written into the phone.
What firmware version you have used to flash this phone?

ok i will change and i wanna know after change to retail can i take the ota update? becs i did this model i mean i change to retail mode then i check in the setting for uyesterdaypdate but it says this is latest update for ur phone this is the model i did yesterday ELE-L04 but i check there is the update for this model which is andriod 10

Yes, you can use full ota update files for flashing with Sigma.
Make sure that the flash file was chosen correctly.

Ok but I have to do with same way as I flashed the demo mode phone I mean same procedure? Or can I take a ota update in phone setting?

Read this manual:
Flashing / Downgrading using full OTA UPDATE files

You will have to do this using Sigma software.
