You can check whether the mode is supported or not here
You will find links to the manuals at the very same page, as well as video manual on how to find the phone and suitable instructions.
Also you can subscribe to Sigma YouTube channel to get the most recent video instructions to certain phones.
Can’t find answer to your question, use search feature of the forum.
It is very likely that someone have already encountered such a trouble and was provided with a solution.
Still can’t find the answer? Use Google like it is shown here.
If Google’s no help either, start a topic at the forum, provide detailed description of the problem, include as much information as possible (phone version, carrier, logs, etc.)

The easy way to find a manual:

1) open WWW.SIGMAKEY.COM
2) choose needed brand and a model from the list and press "select"

Hi all I am new user of Sigma Box only 1 thing i want to know that when i click drop down list in Qcom platform there are only few model to show and also flash tab not show there plz any one can help, I already contact Sigma support but still waiting there respons????

Repair IMEI
Root and unroot the device
Direct unlock (YODA method)
Repair IMEI (YODA method)

in pack 2 futures i dont see any supported huawei qualcom phones.
can i repair imei for huawei qualcome chipset phones without pak 2 activation? like G510 !

i didn't test yet!! if it possible , it's very very amazing.

I had the pleasure of seeing these models with lower versions , few .. and disappearing .
