Here is the typical unlocking procedure.

You will need to select Kirin 980 processor. Because huawei 5t - yal-l21 runs on Kirin 980.

I did that already, select kirin 980 and unlock it via manufacture mode, does not work, always 'baseband processor missing......'

So my choices are:
1. Download a 4gb file firmware with same version? (does it matter if not?)
2. Disassemble the phone & do hardware test point

You can service current phone via software or hardware testpoint operation.
For hardware testpoint operation phone requires to be disassembled, for software testpoint operation phone disassembling is not required.
