Huawei ascend y300 globe lock unlock by sigma box(maybe 1st)

Procedures:
1st unlock the bootloader

Unlock Huawei bootloader:
Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
Go to "Service" tab
Set the phone to Download mode..

how to Download Mode:
Switch the device OFF
Remove the flash card from the phone
Press and hold down Vol -, Vol + buttons simultaneously,
then press and hold Power until your phone completely freezes on the pink screen
When the phone is in "Download mode" you need to connect it to computer and install
required driver (only if the phone is connected for the first time).
Driver click me..

it should be like this:

Now we can proceed in unlocking..
Put phone into fast boot

How to fast boot:
Switch the device OFF
Remove the battery and hold it removed for 10 seconds, then place it back
Press and hold down Vol -, Menu and Power buttons simultaneously until your
phone completely freezes..
it should be like this:

Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
Go to "Unlock" tab and hit direct unlock..

*miguel05_gsm*, no need to unlock the boot-loader before actual sp-unlocking!
Just connect the phone with the locked boot-loader via Download mode and press "Direct unlock". That's all))

Here's the video example on how to unlock Huawei Y300 U8833 with locked bootloader.

BTW, unlock process of this phone in the Download mode is much faster, than in the Fastboot mode. Check it.

what are the risk if unlocking from carier fails? i am currently on smart locked with 30mohtns period, so just want to know the risk if unlocking unsuccesful.

There is no risk in phone unlocking. Just you will be able to use your phone with other provider SIM card.

Use latest Sigma Software v1.29.02 to unlock current phone model.
Detailed, step-by-step unlock manual for current phone model and other Huawei Android Smartphones available here.

@ younessrifi,

According to the screenshot you've posted Smart-Card resource has stopped and could not be relaunched. This issue appears to Operation System settings.
First of all ensure that your account has Administrator rights, and run Sigma Software as administrator. If that won't help, check operation system settings for Smart Card Resource Manager. Ensure that it is enabled, Try running it manually.
