hello, exist any ways to change battery serial number on mate 20 pro?

P30 pro and mate 20 pro if change battery the phone restarting in logo.

@ Mhdharisu,

When changing phone battery to the other one / not original one,some firmware versions may verify the serial number of new battery.
If the SN is not compatible, the phone may not turn on.
