Have you rooted phone as it is stated in the manual?

Unlock

1. Close all third-party programs which may interfere with the phone.
2. Turn the rooted phone ON and wait until it fully starts up.
3. Make sure that USB debugging is enabled on your device.
4. Select "Android ADB" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software.
5. Go to "Unlock" tab.
6. Connect the phone to PC with micro USB cable.
7. Select " Adb interface" in the ports selection tab.
8. Press "Unlock" button.
9. During the operation the phone may reboot once, so don’t disconnect it before finishing the service operation and strictly follow the Sigma commands!
10. Message "Unlocking phone… Done" indicates that procedure has been completed successfully.
11. Wait for the message "Restarting phone... Done" to appear in Sigma dialog window; only after that you can disconnect the phone.
